Monkey See

This original watercolor features a Rhesus monkey looking at itself in a mirror. The first monkey to be rocketed into the stratosphere, Rhesus Macaques are found in both tropical and temperate habitats, and are the most studied nonhuman primate. If you’ve ever traveled through Asia, you’ve probably seen these guys thriving in human settlements, where they benefit from plentiful food sources and handouts from tolerant residents and tourists.
